Specific electricity

Specific electricity is the electricity used for services that can only be provided by electricity.

The electricity used for heating, hot water or cooking is not specific electricity because other energies, such as gas, solar energy and oil, could be used.

On the other hand, washing machines, dish-washers, refrigerators, audiovisual and multimedia equipment etc. cannot run without electricity.
