Mineral water

Mineral water is drinking water that complies with precise European regulations. Mineral water contains specific amounts of minerals and mineral nutrients, which may give it certain therapeutic qualities.

Different types of mineral water

There are as many types of mineral water as there are spring, each with its own mineral composition: some have a low mineral content, others are rich in dissolved minerals. There are natural mineral waters (which have therapeutic properties) and spring waters (which do not have therapeutic properties).

Mineral water cannot be treated (otherwise it would no longer be mineral water): when a source is polluted, its water can no longer be sold.
