Final waste

According to the French Environment Code (article L541-1), final waste is any waste " that may or may not result from waste treatment, that is no longer likely to be treated under the current technical and economic conditions, notably by extraction of the recoverable part or by reduction of its pollutant or dangerous character. ". In other terms, waste is final waste if there is no other way to re-use it in any manner whatsoever.
