ADEME

ADEME is the acronym for the Agence de l'environnement et de la maîtrise de l'énergie (the French Environment and Energy Management Agency), a national public institution that engages in commercial and industrial activities supervised by the ministries for research, ecology and energy. Its main fields of intervention cover waste management, soil preservation, energy efficiency, renewable energy, air quality, fighting noise pollution, environmental management and ecodesign.
