Quantum computer

A quantum computer performs calculations by the superposition of quantum states, amongst other things. The memory of a classical computer is in bits. Each bit has a value of either 0 or 1. The machine calculates by handling these bits. A quantum computer works with a set of qubits. A qubit can have a value of 1 or 0, or a linear superposition of both. The quantum computer calculates by handling these distributions.
