Vitamin B3

Vitamin B3 is very similar to vitamin B2, and is also called vitamin PP as deficiency causes pellagra, a relatively rare skin disease which can progress and cause dementia. The vitamin promotes production of fatty acids, sex hormones and red blood cells.

Again, it is found in calf liver, cereal, anchovies, tuna, salmon and pork meat.
