Symptoms of rosacea

Rosacea is a condition which causes redness on the cheeks, nose and occasionally chin and forehead, accompanied by small visible blood vessels. Flares of acne can also develop due to stress. It is a progressive disease which leads gradually to lumps developing on the nose, which swell up.

Causes and treatments of rosacea

The causes of rosacea have not been established and the treatments are not particularly effective.
