Ibuprofen

Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug derived from aryl-carboxylic acid.

Ibuprofen is used to treat inflammation and pain: it reduces fever and fluidifies the blood. It is used to treat mild to moderate pain (headaches, dental pain) and sometimes for painful periods. It is contraindicated in aspirin allergy.
