Billings Method

The Billings method is a birth control method based on studying cervical mucus, the substance secreted by the cervix in large amounts and becomes thread-like during the ovulatory period. The woman needs good anatomical knowledge and learning. Sexual intercourse may take place from the fourth day after the change in the consistency of the mucus.
