Ping

Ping is the acronym of Packet Internet Groper. Ping is an internet connection protocol facility for checking internet connections between one or more remote hosts, and for determining the time taken for data packets to be sent to and returned from a computer connected to the internet. The closer the Ping to zero, the better the connection.
