ETSI: European Telecommunication Standards Institute. Created by the CEPT (Comité Européen des Postes et Télécommunications), the ETSI is responsible for producing standards and technical specifications for terminals, networks and telecommunications services.
The ETSI headquarters are at Sophia-Antipolis, near Antibes in France.
