Clay stone

Clay stone is a sedimentary stone that comes from an accumulation of clay dust produced by many advances and retreats of glaciers over time and by the pressure exerted by the successive sediment layers. The clay is petrified, giving a grey stone that can enclose many different shapes or fossils in surrounding deposits.
