CD-RW

A CD-RW (Compact Disk Re-Writeable) is an erasable re-writeable CD. It cannot be read on ordinary CD players but is ideal for playing on a computer. However, a new standard for CD players called MultiRead now allows them to read discs created by CD-RW drives.
