Tautomer

A tautomer is one of the isomers of which the structures differ by the position of an atom, usually hydrogen, and of one or more multiple bonds and which are capable of transforming easily and reversibly into each other.

Note: The equilibrium established can be shifted more or less completely toward one or other of the tautomers.
