Polypyrrole

Polypyrrole, a polymer of pyrrole, or azole, is a pentagonal cyclic molecule composed of four carbon atoms and one nitrogen atom (formula C₄H₅N), very widely used in organic chemistry.

Polypyrrole is a polymer with interesting physical-chemical properties. It is an especially good electric conductor. However, its mechanical properties are mediocre.
