LPG

LPG stands for liquefied petroleum gas. It is propane or (more rarely) butane obtained by extraction from natural gas or by refining processes. LPG is stored under pressure in metal cylinders or thanks and is easy to handle; it has many direct uses such as fuel, refrigerant or spraycan propellant. The emissions of a vehicle running on LPG are much lower than those of a petrol engine vehicle.
