Curium

Curium is a chemical element, symbol Cm and atomic number 96.

Curium was discovered by Glenn T. Seaborg, Ralph A. James et Albert Ghiorso (USA) in 1944. Curium was so-named in honour of Pierre and Marie Curie. It is an artificially produced silvery, malleable and radioactive metal.
