Benzene

Benzene is mainly used in glues, inks, plastics and cigarettes and is one of the constituents of crude oil. It is classified as carcinogenic by the European Union and inhaling it can cause drowsiness, giddiness, increased heart rate, headaches, trembling and, at worst, loss of consciousness.
