Neutrophile

In botany, a neutrophilic plant is a plant that prefers to grow in soil with acidity close to neutral (pH=7).

In cellular biology, a neutrophilic cell is a cellular body that prefers neutral colouring: cations as well as anions of the preparation colour the cell and reveal its structures This is the case, for example, of an immune cell: neutrophilic granulocytes.
