Ecological features

In phytosociology, ecological features are all of the particular physiognomic features of a plant formation.

These particular characteristics, which are generally very localised, make it possible to distinguish original characteristics in plant species from the same habitat.

Ecological features are therefore a form of biodiversity of plant associations.
