Resveratrol

Resveratrol is a polyphenol with the chemical formula C₁₄H₁₂O_3.

Resveratrol is found naturally in different fruits and particularly accumulates , in red wine.

It has been shown to have many beneficial effects on human health in many studies particularly in prevention of cancer,obesity and cardiovascular diseases.
